Design Challenge

In an effort to keep my design wrist still nimble, I've proposed doing periodical design challenges with my friend Chanelle. You are welcome to join in, too! I will post my (sure to be weak) efforts here, but you can e-mail your efforts to newlydomesticated(at)gmail.com if you want to play along.

So here are the first two challenges:

Create a short-sleeve t-shirt design for a youth conference entitled, "Fusion."

Interpretation is up to you, but you have the following limitations:

• one color
  
• no white on black
  
• t-shirt design may not cross any seams; it must be centered on front
  
• the word fusion must appear somewhere on the shirt

AND

Create a Mother's Day card.
